The "Create" Token

The $Create token serves as the backbone of the Alpha Music ecosystem, providing a range of utilities for artists, users, and other stakeholders.

Overview

Within Alpha Music, Create Tokens allow creative expression to flow as Entropy increases in the system. When Artists use Entropy to charge Create tokens, it fuels them with the energy needed to allocate resources to their creative endeavors. Artists are able to destroy their Create tokens in exchange for various goods and services on the network. They can only be minted under strict circumstances and will remain redeemable by the treasury with 1:1 USDC Reserves.

Mechanics and Functionality

Create tokens serve as a core mechanic in the Alpha Music Platform. They are intended to stablize the entropy that increases in the ecosystem.

Token Creation and Distribution - Generators

By integrating Generators that allow Minting under different circumstances, the Create token can be dynamically created and burned in order to fulfill the needs of the platform.

Bonding Fees - Generator 1

When a user bonds their Entropy Tokens into an Alpha Music Liquidity Pool (LP), they will receive an fNFT. This fNFT entitles them to their initial bonded amounts in addition to any relevant fees that are earned from transactions utilizing the LP. LP fees will be redirected into the Alpha Music treasury. Create tokens will be minted 1:1 to the USDC value collected from fees.

When tokens are redeemed for USDC from the treasury, they will be sent to a burn address, effectively removing them from circulation.

Channeling Entropy into Create - Generator 2

Create tokens may also be minted when Entropy tokens are being used to Channel Energy into them. Like the previous Facilitator, Create tokens minted will be 1:1 with the USDC Oracle Exchange rate. The amount of Create tokens that can be minted from this facilitator cannot exceed 70% of the Total Energy Channeled via Entropy tokens. After minting, if the amount of energy in the create tokens exceed 80% of the entropy, then the channeled Entropy tokens will be depleted to eliminate the channeling process, and the create tokens will be returned to the Facilitator.

When users who have minted Create tokens with Entropy tokens resolve their obligations, their Create tokens will be sent to a burn address, effectively removing them from circulation. Upon resolution, users will have access to their Entropy tokens full functionality.

Usage and Functionality

Rewards Exchange

Featured Artists on the Alpha Music platform can exchange their Create tokens for various rewards, such as Studio Time, Production Gear, and much, much more.

When a user redeems their Create tokens in the Rewards exchange, their Create tokens will be sent to a burn address, effectively removing them from circulation.

USDC Exchange

Create Token Holders, even if not participating in the Featured Artist program can redeem their Create Tokens 1:1 for USDC held in the treasury. ,

Platform Obligations

Several actions within the Alpha Music platform involve interacting with other tokens and users. When these occur, a small obligation of Create tokens is required. These tokens will be sent to a Burn Address, effectively removing them from circulation.

Secondary Ecosystem

Given the mechanics of the Create token, there are various opportunities in the secondary ecosystem. Alpha Music has no control or influence over the Secondary Ecosystems. Please DYOR and conduct due diligence before interacting with Secondary Ecosystems.
